I like the fact that you go for the more unknown players. Which means I got to dig out there cards as well.
ReplyDeleteYou can get an address for well known players on almost any autograph site. That is what makes this one "better". Not only can you see Hall of Famers and Stars but you will also get verified address' of those "One hit wonders".
ReplyDeleteI have amassed a collection of well over 3000 former NHLers by concentrating on the obscure first and the known second.
Not only that but I really hate having this old junky Classic cards sitting in a box collecting dust when I can turn them into more than a space filler.
I agree alot of sites have the NAME players but I like doing the lesser known it seems to me a bit more interesting.
ReplyDeleteYes it is much more interesting and it's a good way to put those junk sets from the early 1990's to use. I have about 20 boxes of old hockey cards from this era. I am going through each and sending off any cards that I can get an address for just to clear them out
