The United States Postal Service has proposed a rate hike for 2011. The 2-cent increase will bring the cost of a stamp up to 46 cents. Still, though, under a buck for an autograph isn't bad. The one thing to watch out for is the 21-cent charge for the "Non-Machinable" requests. These are the envelopes that are too thick or rigid to run through postal service's machines. The best way to avoid this charge is to keep your requests down to three cards.

ReplyDeleteI feel this will not have much effect..we all use online postal system , the -e-mail system is free of cost.
ReplyDeleteTrue, E-mail is free. However you cannot send most players an e-mail requesting an autograph.
