Jim Lorentz has played with the Boston Bruins, St Louis Blues, New York Rangers and the Buffalo Sabres. Lorentz earned the nickname "Batman" when he knocked an actual bat out of mid-air with his stick during a playoff game against the Philadelphia Flyers in 1975 .
